If you have issues with your bank’s verification page and your payment is failed please check these points:
- Go back to our checkout page ( or you’ve already redirected) and refresh the checkout page by pressing Ctrl+F5 on PC (for Mac press Apple+R or Cmd+R) and replace your order.
- Be sure that your credit card information is correct.
- Be sure that your credit card’s expiration date is correct or it is still available for transaction.
- At your bank’s 3D SECURE verification page please be sure that you are entering the correct 3D SECURE password that your bank sent to you.
- Check your credit card’s payment limit.
- Is your credit card verified for abroad (overseas) transaction? Ask it to your bank.
- If none of these work for you please contact to your bank.
Click on that link at the product’s page in the product description. After than an image will pop-up with a sizing guide picture. The model shown on the sizing guide is approximately 170cm tall.
Take the photograph of the damaged part of the item and send us with an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If we verify that the product is damaged we will ask you to send the product back to us. If it’s necessary your return shipping cost will be charged by us. After we receive the product we will pay your money back to you in 10 work days. Read our Returns Policy for further information
If we verify that the item is wrong we will ask you to send the item back to us. Your return shipping cost will be charged by us.
If it’s possible to exchange the item with your own purchase we will send you the right item without any shipping cost.
If it’s not possible to exchange the wrong item with your own purchase we will pay your money back to you in 10 work days.
